  • Yes - especially then.
    The Year of You is designed for women who are tired of pushing, fixing, and “powering through.” This is not about adding more to your plate. It’s about creating space, clarity, and support so life starts to feel more manageable again.

  • Very little, intentionally.
    You’ll attend 4 x 90-minute live sessions spread across the year. You’ll create your own guid to reflect and reset in ways that fit into real life not perfect routines. You can go at your own pace, and everything is designed to be doable.

  • No problem at all.
    All sessions are recorded, so you can watch them in your own time. You’ll still get the full benefit, including the reflections, tools, and frameworks.

  • This is a guided coaching and reflection experience.
    It’s supportive, structured, and deeply thoughtful but it’s not therapy. You’ll be gently guided to reflect, set intentions, and reconnect with yourself, without pressure to share anything you’re not comfortable with.

  • Only if you want to.
    You’re welcome to simply listen, reflect, and journal. Sharing is always optional. This is a calm, non-judgemental space - no expectations, no performance.

  • The Year of You starts with you, not your to-do list.
    Instead of pushing harder or setting unrealistic goals, we focus on energy, alignment, self-leadership, and sustainable change, so whatever you choose to work towards actually feels possible. It’s one of the most supportive things you can do for yourself.

  • While many women in the space are mothers, The Year of You is for any woman who feels ready to stop running on empty and start choosing herself more intentionally.

  • That’s completely okay.
    You don’t need a clear goal to join. Part of the process is helping you discover what matters to you now without pressure to have it all figured out.

  • If you’ve been putting yourself last for a long time, this is an investment in:

    • your clarity

    • your energy

    • your emotional and mental wellbeing

    • your ability to lead your life with intention

    Many women spend more than this on things that offer momentary relief. This is about long-term support and real change.

  • You’ll leave with:

    • a framework you can return to again and again

    • deeper self-trust and self-leadership

    • more clarity around what you want next

    There’s no pressure to continue into anything else - though optional next steps may be shared if you’d like deeper support.

  • If something in you is whispering “I can’t keep doing it like this” - that’s your answer.
    You don’t need to be at breaking point to choose yourself.
